App Control & Automation
Everything is controlled through a phone app. You can turn the lights on and off, change colors, set a schedule (sunset to 11 PM, for example), build custom programs, or just pick a holiday preset and walk away. Most customers set it once for the season and forget about it.
New Construction vs. Existing Homes
Permanent lights work on both — but the install looks slightly different. New construction is the easiest scenario because we can plan the channels into the soffit during the build. Existing homes work just as well; we route the channels along the underside of the eaves and conceal the wiring along the roofline. Either way, the system disappears during the day.

Once you're in, we design a layout for your specific home — rooflines, peaks, tree wraps, landscape accents, wreaths, garlands, whatever works. You pick the color story (warm white, classic multi-color, custom mix) and we plan the install around your home's architecture.
3. Professional Installation
Most installs take one to two days depending on the size of your home and the complexity of the layout. We handle all the wiring, mounting, and weatherproofing. The hardware mounts into the soffit and eaves so it disappears during the day.
4. App Setup & Walkthrough
Before we leave, we install the app on your phone, pair it with the system, walk you through the controls, set up a default schedule, and load the holiday scenes you'll use most. You'll know how to use it before we drive away.

Can I see the lights during the day?
No, that's the whole point. The LEDs are mounted into a low-profile channel that tucks into your soffit or under the eaves. From the curb during the day, you don't see the system at all — it just looks like your roofline. At night when they're on, the lights themselves are what you see, not the hardware.
Do they actually hold up through Michigan winters?
Yes. The systems we install use commercial-grade outdoor LEDs and weatherproof housing rated for full year-round exposure — sun, snow, ice, freeze-thaw cycles, all of it. They're designed specifically for permanent outdoor installation, not adapted from indoor strands.
Can I program them myself or do I need to call you every time?
