For larger commercial properties we typically walk the site in person — daytime to see the layout and visibility, sometimes back at dusk to plan where the lighting will have the most impact. We map out rooflines, signage areas, entry archways, awnings, tree wraps, and any architectural features that should be part of the display.
3. Professional Installation Around Your Schedule
We schedule installs around your operating hours — early mornings, after-hours, weekends, or split shifts. The goal is zero disruption to your customers, tenants, or business operations. All wiring runs are code-compliant and weatherproofed for Michigan winter exposure.
4. In-Season Maintenance & January Takedown
