Christmas Light Guys is a holiday lighting and outdoor lighting company based in Sterling Heights, Michigan, serving residential and commercial properties throughout Macomb and Oakland County. Our services include Christmas light installation, permanent holiday lighting, commercial holiday lighting, landscape lighting, in-season maintenance, takedown, and off-season storage.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or opt in to our SMS messaging program. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Our Services
We provide outdoor lighting services, including but not limited to:
- Custom Christmas light installation for residential properties
- Commercial holiday lighting for businesses, retail centers, HOAs, and office properties
- Permanent year-round programmable LED lighting systems
- Landscape lighting design and installation
- In-season maintenance for installed lights
- Post-season takedown
- Off-season storage of customer-owned lights and materials
Specific deliverables, scope, pricing, and scheduling are defined in a separate estimate, proposal, or service agreement between Christmas Light Guys and the customer. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
The following terms govern your use of the Christmas Light Guys SMS messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program Description
Christmas Light Guys sends SMS messages to customers who have opted in through our website or other authorized channels. Messages include: (1) quote confirmations, (2) appointment reminders and scheduling updates, (3) seasonal promotional offers, and (4) customer service responses. Message frequency varies based on your engagement and account activity.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

7. Lights, Materials, and Storage
For our seasonal lighting service, lights and materials provided by Christmas Light Guys remain the property of the customer unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. We store customer-owned lights at no additional charge during the off-season for customers who book annually with us. If a customer discontinues service, lights will be returned at the end of the season or, if requested, packed and returned at the next scheduled service.
8. Payment and Cancellation
- All services are billed according to the terms in your signed agreement, estimate, or invoice.
- Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Customers may cancel services with written notice (email is acceptable). Deposits are non-refundable once installation materials have been ordered or scheduling has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
- Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as permitted by Michigan law.
9. Disclaimers
Lighting outcomes vary based on property layout, weather, electrical conditions, and product selection. While we work hard to deliver beautiful results for every customer, we cannot guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes outside the agreed-upon design.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Christmas Light Guys and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any other party's rights.
12. External Services
Our website may rely on or integrate with external platforms (such as Google, Stripe, Twilio, GoHighLevel, and others). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those external providers. Your use of any external service is governed by that provider's own terms and policies.
13. Changes to These Terms
